We’re really happy with the outcome. It was a bit rocky at first with one buyer pulling out but your team was right on it, and sorted things out for us so professionally and quickly it was amazing. Thank you!
Karen and her team have been invaluable throughout our purchase process. The whole team are friendly, and fantastic at what they do. My requests were always responded to promptly and professionally.
Karen and Chloe are very professional and were a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them to sell your property.
Our experience with Karen Renouf was stress free and seamless, mainly because of her vast knowledge of the industry. Any queries we had were easily answered and we were given explanations why doing things a certain way often had better results. Although we always felt free to follow our own advice if necessary. Karen and her team were always in good humour and always available when we needed help. We would recommend Karen to our friends and have done so.
Chloe Peters is a great agent. She is very helpful and reliable and has a lovely personality. Highly recommend her for your sale!
The sale went smoothly with a great outcome. Chloe was excellent in keeping both ourselves and the buyers informed at every stage
Both Karen and Chloe have been great to deal with during our recent purchase. They have listened to what we've needed and helped direct and guide us anyway they can. It's been a very seamless transaction, something we are exceptionally grateful for. Thanks again.
Karen and her team were referred to us when we decided to sell our house. Everything happened so quickly, efficiently and we were over the moon with the price she achieved for us. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Karen Renouf if you are thinking of selling. We found the whole process easy and stress free! Karen will be selling our next house!
Such an easy, efficient and effective sale process. Communication excellent! The most stress free selling experience we have ever had! We highly recommend Karen and her team!
Karen's knowledge of market trends, comps, demographics, negotiation skills and the real estate culture in general sets her far ahead of other realtors. In addition, she is very easy to get along with and quite funny with a good sense of humour. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional, a far departure from the field of Queensland realtors. I fully recommend Karen if you are buying or selling.
Very Professional, quick response times and easy to work with for a speedy outcome in purchasing our new home. A special mention to Chloe for all her help along the way.
