Karen was referred to us by a former Real Estate Agent. We warmed to Karen's personality immediately and knew she would be an excellent person to help us sell our home. She is very honest, reliable and friendly. Karen worked hard to get us an awesome price for our home. We definitely recommend Karen to sell your home.
Karen was amazing. She was upfront telling us what we needed to do and had excellent advice. Our house sold within 4 days for an excellent price. She was available for queries and has continued to help us on our journey for buying another place. We would highly recommend her and her colleagues.
I purchased a house through Ian Shoretell. I have never spoken to Karen so I can't really review her.
Absolutely amazing experience selling and buying with Karen and Ian. Our house sold on the 1st open home. We had 3 really good contracts to choose from all were in the price range they had said we would get. Their professionalism and knowledge was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble they went above and beyond when ever you asked them for anything. Thank you so much for all you have done for us and we will be highly recommending you to everyone we know.
Thank you Chloe and Karen for making a difficult situation as simple as possible. It is nice to see that "good service" still exists when you have special needs. I had two inspections and my house was sold. I have no hesitation in recommending you guys in the future.
Karen and her team were so helpful and easy to work with when it came to selling and finding us a house to purchase. They were a pleasure to deal with!
We first met Karen 7 years ago when she gave us an appraisal on the house we recently sold. We'd seen a number of agents at the time, however, she was the only one we wanted to sell our property with. Karen is confident and her market knowledge is accurate. Which is rare. Lots of other agents over promise, but Karen told us what we could expect and she was 100% right. She is easy to talk to, responsive and gave us the best advice on how to market our house -what is important to buyers and what sells. Thank you Karen, we are both really happy how easy this process was from start to finish!
Chloe and Karen helped me get my dream home I’m so happy I got to deal with Chloe as she got me my first home and I couldn’t be happier, she went above and beyond for me.
Karen & Chloe helped sell my property and achieve the price point we were aiming for. Both ladies provided excellent assistance and feedback at all times and Karen's knowledge of the property market is exceptional. I would recommend Karen & LJ Hooker Cleveland for your next property purchase or sale.
Karen made both buying and selling a property a breeze. At no stage did I feel unsure or uneasy; a class act all the way.
