We are very satisfied with the service of Karen, Ian and Chloe who helped us with the smooth and easy purchase of an investment property at Redland Bay. L.J. Hooker team was knowledgeable, approachable, professional and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this team to anyone. Thank you for the great job.
Karen was extremely knowledgeable and proactive, with a professional and friendly approach. She was spot on with her valuation and had our property sold within 3 days of it going to market! We were thrilled with the outcome and would have no hesitations in recommending her services. We will definitely go back to her again. Thanks Karen, Paul and Tracey
Karen had a professional and realistic approach to preparing us and our house for sale. Karen has a good understanding of the market and we were very satisfied with the outcome.
I am pretty satisfied with the service of Karen and Chloe who helped me with the smooth purchase of new property at Alexandra hills.
Chloe was excellent to deal with the entire process. A complete professional in all aspects of the sale process. Would certainly use Chloe again.
Selling a family home of 35 years is an emotional experience. Karen was empathetic, listened to our stories and concerns and expressed her passion to provide us the process and outcome we wanted. The market is changing rapidly and Karen delivered us a campaign tailored to us and a great outcome using all her experience and knowledge of the market and use of her great team. I would recommend Karen and her team to anyone selling or buying the most important asset in your life - your home. One of the best agents I have dealt with in the last 40 years of selling and buying many properties.
We highly recommend the services of Karen and her team for the sale of properties. They are great to deal with and nothing was a problem for them.
I obtained Karen's contact details from a flyer she had sent me some months before. I had been contacted directly by a number of agents wishing to list my property and I received conflicting advice. From my first call with Karen, I was put at ease and felt comfortable with her. She was experienced in the area and was able to provide accurate sales history information and sensible advice. Karen and her PA Chloe did everything that they said that they would do when they said they would, and secured a buyer for my property at the high end of their suggested price range two days after putting it on the market. I have no hesitation in recommending Karen and Chloe, and I would be happy to work with them again.
Highly recommend Karen, Ian and Chloe ! They have excellent knowledge of the current market and went above and beyond to achieve a great result.
Karen, Ian & Chloe are always a pleasure to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way and accommodated all of our requests.
Karen, Ian and Chloe were outstanding in their performance to sell our property. They are trustworthy and reliable agents who always strive to get the best outcome for both parties.
