Due to medical circumstances i had very specific needs for a unit - type, location etc. Karen and her team were able to advise me of a unit that suited my needs as soon as it became available. Unfortunately some people believe that all agents will do anything to get a sale, while some might believe this, they are not all like this. Karen is honest, professional, engaging, and most of all a genuine person that enjoys making peoples dreams come true, that's what she did for us! We found our dream house one day while passively looking at open homes one particular day. When I walked into this house I knew this was it! This was not an easy transaction as we had not put our house on the market but needed too, to be able to purchase this dream home.
