Carla Eden

We have recently purchased a property through Carla Eden. Carla is an outstanding agent who has made herself available at all steps of the process. We spent quite a long time with Carla, at first with Paul Jones, and then with Soames. Almost immediately we had a rapport. She was particularly helpful with Michael's questions and observations, showing a good knowledge of communication skills. We found her to be honest, encouraging, especially when things looked slow. She didn't push us into decisions but we found in conversation that something that we didn't want to do ( like reducing our price) looked a sensible option. Her guidance therefore was welcomed and helpful. I, Wendy, thought the fly in visit by Soames was disconcerting. A line up of reps shook our hands , said their names, put their cards on the table, walked to the other end of the house and left. Far better for someone to have introduced them as a group, saying that they were going to have a quick view of the property and not leave cards. What would/did we do with them? Into the bin! We are very happy to have met Carla and she has a special place in our family. Thank you Carla.
