Caroline Turner was one of three real estate reps that I requested to appraise my mum's property with a view to selling. I knew straight away that one of them had inflated the expected sale price to get the listing as I had done a lot of background on the area in which the house was situated. The second agent seemed competent and knowledgeable but it was Caroline's enthusiasm, work ethic and speaking truthfully that won her the listing. Caroline was happy to meet with my mother in her nursing home and explain her method of marketing (which works). My mum, who is not easily impressed, was happy to sell her house with Caroline even though her expected sale price was lower than the other two agents. The house sold and there was a no fuss settlement. Mum was very happy about that. She was even happier when Caroline kept up their relationship well after the house had settled.
