The communication was at a much higher than expected level, after dealing with another local agent to sell a different property who left us sitting in the dark for months letting us know nothing I was unsure when needing to sell a second. Charlie was extremely understanding of our needs and reasons for selling. The external marketing team was strange, not sure I personally liked it. A big, expensive sign that spent most of the time face down on the ground because we couldn't get it to stay upright BUT, it got the job done I guess.

Charlie knows here market. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about realestate. Right from the start she was professional and gave us good advice to set up for selling.
