Claude and his Business Partner (Hayley Spagnolo) were a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of our new home. Right from the first public, and second private inspections; to supplying further information; submitting an offer and through the settlement process, we found both Claude and Hayley to be very professional. They were both very helpful and always answered any query or request quickly and accurately. They were very pro-active during the Settlement process, attending to their part and keeping us informed throughout. It was a pleasure to deal with both Claude and Hayley and we couldn't recommend them highly enough (we even scored a nice "welcome/congratulations" goodie bag when we picked up the keys - a bottle of champagne and some assorted nibbles).

Claude has excellent knowledge of the Northbridge area. When the time came to sell our property we chose Claude after dealing with him many years ago. He remembered us buying our property from him and provided some expert knowledge on the market. Claude's support team respond fast to queries and will keep you well informed.

I found Claude and his team (Hayley and also formerly Amy) very approachable and his knowledge of the market was realistic, which is very important in these times. We were certainly on the same wavelength and the communication was excellent.

Claude came into the selling process after it commenced. I felt much more comfortable when he took over and appreciated the advice given. I think he quickly appreciated how I was going to relate to the process (very hands off) and helped considerably through the process. He was definite in his advice which I appreciated, and was prepared to spend some money to present the sale. This advice was also helpful as it may well not have worked without this. We eventually got a very good price which was I am sure a lot to do with how we presented the unit for sale.

didn't deal much with claude only in the beginning so not much to say. did most of the communication stuff with Hayley his assistant who is a wonderful cheery person and I have high recommendations for her.

As a young first home buyer with limited family is WA I was very nervous and unsure of the purchasing process. Claude made each step very clear and easy. I always knew what to expect and the whole process was very smooth. He also helped me weigh each aspect of the property value realistically and I feel very confident I got a good price. Claude has excellent knowledge regarding the area, market trends, resale and rental value. There is nothing I would do differently regarding my purchase and would definitey recommend Claude to everyone I know.
