Claude managed what we thought to be the impossible. He guided us through the highs and lows of snaffling our dream house with a caring hands-on approach. He even put the bins out for us before we moved in. He was prepared to step out of the box when the purchase developed a few matter of course hiccups, and his knowledge and advice along the way were solid and insightful. His team was also beyond fault and presented us with a gourmet gift pack when we picked up the keys. That is a touch of class. I could not speak more highly Claude and his team. I am confident we would not be where we are now without them. Thanks again Claude and Co. See you around the city.

Claude and Amy were both extremely helpful in enabling me to secure a property that I had fallen in love with. When finance unexpectedly fell through at the last minute, Claude was able to rectify the matter by directing me towards a more proficient mortgage broker, and I was then able to get the purchase across the line within a week. This was all greatly appreciated.

Claude Iaconi was fantastic in all respects in helping to sell my apartment. His sound knowledge of the market and also his good communication skills ensured a very quick and successful sale.

We are first home-buyers so this was our first experience. Overall it was quite good.

The sale of my property was complicated which had nothing to do with Claude or his team at Abel McGrath. In fact everyone was fantastic. They didn't give up and they didn't let me give up. So helpful, so professional. Top marks.

Claude and his team at Abel McGrath Leederville were fantastic from the start to handing over keys. Professional, responsive to all queries and requests and very friendly at all times. Thanks, Claude!

We would highly recommend Claude for the sale of a home. We believe that Claude helped us achieve a quick sale in a difficult market. Claude's local knowledge of the Northbridge/North Perth/Perth area brings extensive credibility and market understanding.

Despite what was probably an over-enthusiastic initial asking price in a very difficult market, I very much appreciated Claude's energy and enthusiasm to keep going and keep focussed. Claude & Amy were always helpful and professional and ultimately achieved a good result; hence my very high ratings above.

Stressed about selling the house as I was the trustee. Claude came along to help me and it all worked it for the best. Thanks for the support.

From start to finish selling my property with Claude and Amy, at Abel McGrath, was a very positive and seamless experience, for which I am truly thankful. Claude has excellent market knowledge, customer service and credible insights. Amy, a special thank you too you for managing the settlement process for me including negotiating the tradies, settlement agents, buyer and owner. Your assistance through that process was priceless and enabled the original settlement date to be adhered too. I will certainly be using Abel McGrath again for my next real estate transaction and would not hesitate in recommending Claude and Amy to others.

Claude gave me some good advice back in Sept/October 2015 to sell up and get out of the market. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I couldn't do so at that time. He encouraged me again in February 2016 and I am glad I followed his advice. He managed to find me a cash buyer through his list of previous clientele and the process from that point forward was smooth...and obviously meant to be! I am so glad I sold when I did as it has enabled me to move on to a new and exciting lifestyle and project.

I had my beloved West Perth home on the market with Claude from Abel McGrath and after only 2 viewings the house was SOLD! Claude's commitment and dedication was unsurpassed and his focus on the end result was beyond question. I had the added pressure of having a subject sale offer on another property and Claude's persistence, communication and professionalism meant I secured my new home in a very quick time frame! In a very difficult market, I was astounded with the amazing result and was extremely pleased with Claude's attentiveness, communication and advice throughout the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Claude for the sale of your home.
