Daniel worked well to advertise our home well and achieved the price we wanted in about a week. Most other units seem to sit on the market for a while and achieve lower than asking price so i was pretty amazed with the result we got. The offer was presented to us quickly so that we could make the decision to accept quickly. communication was excellent throughout the process with photos, floor plans, valuers etc. Daniel also dealt with the conveyancer to organise all the papers to be sent to me which was great. He was very patient and never showed any frustration with me and i'm probably one of the more difficult people to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone, buying or selling, based on our personal experience.
