The first time we met Miriam and Gary was during the first inspection of our now new home - we warmed to them straight away and felt very comfortable discussing the home and the real estate market with them. We had been searching for a bigger new home for nearly a year and met many agent during that time. Miriam and Gary negotiated our purchase and provided a level of service second to none, within a day we had bought our new home and it was without hesitation that Gary and Miriam were appointed to sell our former property. Every day Miriam responded immediately to my endless queries via text, email and phone and at any time of the day and night. Had several agents will little results before meeting Miriam Newitt and Gary Troskie. Were able to negotiate our price as we were not prepared to drop our price as had not signed a contract on the next property. The difficult point for Miriam was that we were interstate when a building inspector made an incorrect statement that threaten the contract and within an hour Miriam sought a second inspector who solved the problem to allow the contract to proceed to settlement. Great work.
