Had several agents will little results before meeting Miriam Newitt and Gary Troskie. Were able to negotiate our price as we were not prepared to drop our price as had not signed a contract on the next property. The difficult point for Miriam was that we were interstate when a building inspector made an incorrect statement that threaten the contract and within an hour Miriam sought a second inspector who solved the problem to allow the contract to proceed to settlement. Great work.
We delt mainly with Miriam and were very happy with their knowledge and support. During the sale we had a few difficulties with the tenants and Gary and Miriam were able to help us out and ensure the sale went smoothly. Very happy with their service and support.
