Gary and Miriam were very professional and positive in selling our house. They had many good ideas for presenting our home in the best possible way. They then took a great deal of trouble to find us our perfect home in Sinnamon Park.

Gary & Miriam, were easy to deal with and very open with their communication. I received updated reports after every inspection via email and phone calls in between. I found their enthusiasm infectious and the property was sold very quickly. I would recommend Gary & Miriam for the expertise they have in the property market. I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you .

We found Gary and Miriam extremely approachable and knowledgeable and with their advice, we achieved a satisfactory sale, well within our time frame. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Rob and Laurel Fraser.

Both Gary & Miriam were very helpful and informative throughout the purchasing process.

They sold my property with a minimum of fuss and quite quickly as well.

I have used Gary and Miriam as my selling agents and will use their services again in the near future when I'm ready to buy another house. They are real people, friendly, approachable, and have all parties interests at heart. I would and will recommend Gary and Miriam to anybody I know for real estate business. Regards Gary

We contacted Gary when we were looking to sell as we'd worked with him previously. Gary & Miriam have once again been great to deal with. They remained in constant contact with us, keeping us up to date with proceedings. Once again we have been impressed with their professional conduct and importantly, we were very pleased with the final result. We will contact this team again if looking to buy or sell & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Gary and Miriam were great, we viewed a few houses with them and every time they remembered us and always had time to talk. Once we decide on a property their helpfulness and communication were amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I normally don't write lengthy reviews but Gary and Miriam made a stressful time a lot easier.

Thank you to Gary and Miriam for the purchase of our second property. Their honesty and communication were great throughout the entire process. Made our change over coincide with the sale of our other property. We are very happy with our new home and happy with the professionalism throughout the process.

They had great knowledge of the area and their polite and friendly nature made them a pleasure to deal with. Gary and Miriam updated us every step of the way and felt like we were well looked after. We would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

We can't thank Gary and Miriam enough for the excellent job they both did of selling our Kenmore property in July 2014. We interviewed 3 different west Brisbane agencies in deciding who would sell our home for us, and Gary and Miriam were by far the most impressive agents. Their enthusiasm and very positive attitude and approach to selling our property, as well as their experience, sales records, and the fact that they work as a team made us feel very comfortable that they could help us achieve top dollar for our property. They gave us detailed information of how to ensure our home was at its peak appeal to attract the right buyers. We sold within a week of our first open house at an excellent price. We highly recommend Gary and Miriam. Regards, K and B.
