Ian marketed my property at 49 Angliss street Wilston for 4 weeks culminating in an auction. At all times I was kept in the picture on what was happening and because of their comprehensive knowledge in real estate the auction had approximately 150 people attend with 22 registered bidders and sold on the day for the price I wanted. As first time sellers we found Ian so very helpful at guiding us through the process of selling our house. It can be a very stressful time, especially with young children but Ian and his team made it all so easy.
