Jack McDade delivered a spectacular result in managing the highly-efficient and stress-free sale of my late mother's estate property. Jack initially wrote me an unsolicited letter (I was the estate's Executor) last year offering his insight into the Como sales & rental market. His professional language and "zero BS" communication style impressed me, and I called him for a chat. I do not live south of the river, hence I almost never engage with real estate agents in this manner. During my call with Jack, I found him to be precise in his words, a good listener and someone who comes across very much more mature and knowledgeable than his young age portrays. I was not ready to consider a sales campaign when we first spoke, however 9 months later Jack was the first and only agent that I called. Jack has exceeded all my expectations. He is an excellent operator and carries himself head and shoulders above the multitude of pretenders, wannabe's and BS-Artists that ply their trade in the real estate industry. Jack knows how to deal with sophisticated clients who demand genuine service and want excellent results.
