A local at heart, James lives the dream in this relaxed beachside community. James loves the lifestyle, the people and the beauty that makes Chelsea and the surrounding beachside suburbs unique.
Born and bred in Patterson Lakes, attending the local primary and high school, and kicking a ball at the Bonbeach Football Club, James has always loved being part of the community. He is now involved with the Chelsea Heights Football Club and plays golf at Sandhurst Golf Club, where he lives with his wife Naomi, their young daughter Zara, and Gus the toy poodle. Real estate is about getting involved. It’s saying ‘Hi’ to everyone you know at the local shops, it’s finding the good in life from a work-life balance to helping and supporting your clients as you would your family and friends.
As an agent, James began his real estate career in 2006 and has worked his way up the ranks to now co-owning his own business at Property One. He has seen all the different strategies and structures real estate companies create to streamline their business. The reality is, selling real estate is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach. “We are flexible when working with our clients. Our small boutique agency makes our clients feel important, because they are important, and not just a number on the board. We work to your timeline and your goals to get the best out of your property so you can move forward knowing you have the best result for the next stage of your life.”
For James, real estate and the community is part of his fabric. He defends his clients to the very end, ensuring he always negotiates the terms of a sale with their goal in mind. He takes pride in his customer service, and always offers it with an authentic and caring smile.
Besides enjoying the beach life, James plays guitar in The Robbie Harts band, playing at weddings, engagements and birthdays. He is a whiz at the office footy tipping, and loves meeting new people in the community.
