The communication was excellent, in particular when open inspection was completed, Michelle conveyed all participants that viewed the property and her negotiation exceeded my expectations. The marketing is definitely a strength and the property presented extremely well, very pleased. The whole team conduct themselves in a helpful and professional manner.
