James is a thorough professional with significant property knowledge which was valuable

My overall experience with James was extremely positive which alleviated concerns with what can be quite a stressful time when putting a property up for sale. James had significant knowledge of the overall market in the area and was honest at all times with his communication and not promising anything he can deliver. My property was a challenging sell due to issues outside our control and which had previously gone through a previous campaign elsewhere for over 12 months. Yet despite these concerns James continually worked for many months whilst offering many valuable suggestions across the journey to increase the chances of a sale which he duly delivered. I was extremely impressed with James’ overall professionalism and would be definitely engage James for any future sales of a property.
