Jessica helped us sell our mother's home. Mum's house was very run down and we had to sell it in a hurry. Her advice about how much to do to the house and her liaising with lots of local trades people were absolutely crucial to making this difficult process as smooth as possible. Her hard work and beautiful manner also got us a great result with three keen bidders at the auction and a sale price that was $155,500 over the reserve in a very tight market.
