Stellar result!! We were over the moon with the result, the reserve was set at $355K and Juan at U First Real Estate as the listing agent smashed it! Just as important as the Auctioneer he controlled the market and pushed the property up $120K, yes $120,000!! Over the reserve we set on auction day.
