Karen Renouf and her team Mal Windebank and Chloe Peters that I dealt with on the sale of my house was so professional and prompt, they kept me in the loop with everything , rang after open houses with feedback and numbers. They were also ready to give advice and answer many of my questions anytime I rang. Could not give them a higher recommendation after the PRD team which I started with who were a disgrace. Thank you LJ Hooker.
Mal and Karen were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Upfront, honest, extremely reliable and dedicated are words that come to mind when thinking of our experience with the team. They got us a premium price in a short amount of time for our house all the while making sure the buyer would get a quality home and value for money. I would 100% both buy or sell again with Renouf team.
Karen’s personal attention to an elderly seller with her caring manner and professionalism, had eased the stress of selling a property with sentimental values for my mother. Her attention to small details and extra help with ancillary tasks has facilitated a hard task for an older person to a much easier transition to downsizing to a unit a much smoother process. We can’t thank her enough for her personal touch and friendliness during this process!
Karen went above and beyond to help me secure my new home. Thanks!
The best agent we have every worked with, very professional and honest
Due to medical circumstances i had very specific needs for a unit - type, location etc. Karen and her team were able to advise me of a unit that suited my needs as soon as it became available. Mal has been wonderful to work with and Chloe as well. The team have been terrific and couldn't have been more helpful and positive.
I am so happy to write this review. I couldn't say enough to thank this lady! Unfortunately some people believe that all agents will do anything to get a sale, while some might believe this, they are not all like this. Karen is honest, professional, engaging, and most of all a genuine person that enjoys making peoples dreams come true, that's what she did for us! We found our dream house one day while passively looking at open homes one particular day. When I walked into this house I knew this was it! This was not an easy transaction as we had not put our house on the market but needed too, to be able to purchase this dream home. Karen waved her magic wand around and sold our house in record time for us to be able to purchase our dream home. I have the uttermost respect for karen her authenticity and problem solving skills is highly commended when dealing with peoples biggest asset and making things happen is her specialty! I would never buy/sell with another agent again!
Karen impressed me from our first meeting. Straight forward and honest and that's something special in an agent. She kept us well informed through the process. Her assistant Chloe was great as well. Nothing was too much trouble. House some after first open house. I would have no hesitation recommending Karen to anyone looking to sell in the Redlands area
The whole process of selling my house with Karen and Chloe was made as easy for me as they possibly could. Information was honest and the sale was fast and seamless. They went over and above to take care of business that they could have left for me. A big thank you to them both!
Our situation of sale was tricky in regards to property type in conjunction with required sale time frame. Karren and her team were able to successfully manage the sale.
