Due to medical circumstances i had very specific needs for a unit - type, location etc. Karen and her team were able to advise me of a unit that suited my needs as soon as it became available. Mal has been wonderful to work with and Chloe as well. The team have been terrific and couldn't have been more helpful and positive.
I am so happy to write this review. I couldn't say enough to thank this lady! Unfortunately some people believe that all agents will do anything to get a sale, while some might believe this, they are not all like this. Karen is honest, professional, engaging, and most of all a genuine person that enjoys making peoples dreams come true, that's what she did for us! We found our dream house one day while passively looking at open homes one particular day. When I walked into this house I knew this was it! This was not an easy transaction as we had not put our house on the market but needed too, to be able to purchase this dream home. Karen waved her magic wand around and sold our house in record time for us to be able to purchase our dream home. I have the uttermost respect for karen her authenticity and problem solving skills is highly commended when dealing with peoples biggest asset and making things happen is her specialty! I would never buy/sell with another agent again!
