We cant speak highly enough of Lana. We came here to Palm Beach after inheriting this house. Lana and Tom introduced themselves to us soon after the move. Turned out Toms brother Robert used to look after the gardens and lawns for my late mum. He mentioned us to Tom so Tom and Lana paid us a visit. Lana has published a book on the do's and don'ts of what to do. We followed this advice and got the house ready for sale. Lana took the sale pics on the Friday and on the Monday we had to attend to things where we are building our new home. We arrived home after dark and Lana was sitting in the lounge with a list of offers. When it comes to selling your property Lana is a human dynamo. Lana comes highly recommended. Lana has a good knowledge of the Queensland market, ability to set prices to draw in potential client to the negotiating table. Lana is also supportive - it was a tricky sale as there was a delay in the documents arriving for settlement; Lana kept the buyer on board after several weeks of delay, and achieved successful completion.
I have built & sold a lot of houses over the past 35 years and I have never experienced such a professional motivated and down to earth person as Lana, she is extremely intelligent Lady Immaculately presented and knows and loves the real estate business backwards she is extremely efficient and is always there for you at any time of the day or night and has all of the clues when it comes to presenting your home / unit for sale . ie. when she first inspects your property she will advise you what maintenance will be required whether you need a paint job ,remove too much clutter to get the best sale price but most of all little last minute tips before an open house inspection that most sellers don't think about that really do make a difference and she is not afraid to step in and help you prepare those last minute touches like putting the fresh flowers in a vase fluffing up the pillows fixing the donna cover turning the lights on all of those important things she sold my unit before the for sale sign went up and it hadn't been advertised & she got $20,000 dollars more than the asking price because I changed my mind on my asking price when she came to list the unit that morning .All I can say is that she is totally Professional Honest and a caring person and was a pleasure to work with.
