Lana & Tom went above and beyond for us during one of the biggest roller coasters of a sale. On settlement day, Lana and Tom couldn’t have done more to keep everything on schedule. The old owner was a hoarder and was going to push back settlement because she couldn’t move out on time. Instead of accepting that, Lana and Tom arrived in gym gear both to assist the old lady with moving and cleaning, even organised a professional cleaner for multiple hours!! I can’t thank them both enough for doing everything in their power to help us with the sale of our home and purchase of our dream home. Late nights, hard negotiations and relentlessly finding us a buyer for our home with very specific deadlines. If I could give 6 stars I would. Wish you both the best!
We approached Lana to sell my parents unit. Both Tom and Lana are wonderful to deal with. They passed onto us a, lot of knowledge and information for preparing the unit for sale as its our first time. They have been prompt in communication during the sale at all times. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommned Lana as a an agent. I purcahsed the unit in QLDs as an investment property, and since its purcahse I had one disappointment after another and needed to sell. Lana has excellent knowledge of the market in the Goldcoast, understands how to best market the property, very proactive with open days, follows up potential clients and investors, and an effective negotiator. Lana also goes beyond the call of duty - I had recently moved back to the UK; having successfully achieved an unconditional sale, the request for documents to be sent from the UK was delayed through other parties incompetence....the sale was delayed by a month; Lana was excellent in communicating with the buyer and keeping him on board.
