It is our pleasure to write this review as both Lana and Tom were exceptional real estate agents on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered our many queries as we had not sold a property before..continual feedback on the process and phone calls to keep us up to date made us feel very comfortable ...the whole sale went thru without a hitch and even extended to afterwards..cannot recommend both Tom and Lana enough..professionally and personally.

We would highly recommend Lana and Tom having dealt with them for the purchase of our new home in Elanora. We have purchased and sold many properties and have never come across such loyal and honest estate agents. We never once felt like any games were being played and always felt like all the cards were on the table. They always kept us up to date on the sale and went out of their way to assist in any way they could. The sellers were an elderly couple selling their family home and we were so happy to watch the way Lana and Tom dealt with them in such an helpful, understanding and compassionate way. They really went above and beyond your normal real estate agent to ensure everyone was happy and being looked after. Should we require the services of an estate agent in the future we will definately be going with Lana and Tom. From both a sellers and purchasers perspective we believe that they were upfront and honest with both parties and worked with us all to get an outcome that everyone was extremely happy with.
