I was in the market to buy my first home and after looking for 6-8 months, I was very frustrated with the whole process. Finally I met Lance and he showed me a property and I loved it. I put an offer straight away and he worked with me and with the seller for a smooth transaction (though both seller and me went for christmas holidays overseas). It was a good exp and Lance provided great customer service. I would recommend him to my friends and family; actually I have already recommended him to my sister ! Great guy 10/10

Despite me not really introducing myself or communicating much, by the second open day with Lance he knew who I was, by the third what I wanted and the fourth was the one I bought. As a first home buyer I had a great deal of questions and concerns about the procedure involved in purchasing a house, Lance took the time on a Saturday afternoon to happily explain the entire process to me prior to the signing off the contract/offer. As I had been looking for a very long time once I had put an offer in I was very keen to find out if it was accepted and let Lance know of my want of a quick answer. After checking to see if I was happy to be contacted at night I was told the offer would be made to the owners. I received a phone call at 8.00 pm and told the offer was accepted. Every message left was answered promptly and all questions were answered knowledgably. I would not hesitate to recommend Lance to anyone and if I do need to sell me house I will happily list with him.

Lance recently sold our house in Everton Park and we found Lance to be proactive in his attempts to find a buyer through a variety of avenues. He maintained his contact with us with relevant information and recommendations. His initial marketing price was optimistic, probably above the market value, but we agreed with him that it was worth a try. We had hoped that as the property was suited for development we would achieve a slightly higher selling price than we eventually achieved however even though Lance was able to locate an interested developer the lack of other interested parties dictated the eventual negotiation range. We feel that we probably secured a reasonable price considering we had not done any renovations to the property. Lance was helpful, honest and up front with his advice and we found him very easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend Lance as a selling agent.
