We were so fortunate to have Larisa involved in both the purchase of our first home, as well as the sale of the house we are currently renting. Larisa is highly efficient in returning calls/emails and in providing relevant information. Larisa is an excellent sales person. Her attention to detail, her professionalism and her expertise in knowing the market were factors I was very impressed with. Larisa obtained the (almost) price I had my unit listed for. And this process wasn't easy as the purchaser did not come for an inspection prior to buying. very informative and easy to deal with

So often when you are selling a property agents will give you an unrealistic property value, this is so they can secure the listing but within a month they are asking you to drop your price. What we like about Larisa Tomuli is she is straight up about what she can get you for your property and she delivers. Also she seems to be right up with what is happening in the market place and how to market your property without wasting money on advertising in the wrong areas.
