We have got to know Larisa Tomuli very well over the last year or so. She was our chosen agent for the sale of our holiday house at Peppermint Grove Beach. During a time that the housing market ( especially in our area ) was very down, she always encouraged us to be positive and suggested many new ways of presenting our house to the market through online and local advertising. Larisa is an excellent sales person. Her attention to detail, her professionalism and her expertise in knowing the market were factors I was very impressed with. Larisa obtained the (almost) price I had my unit listed for. And this process wasn't easy as the purchaser did not come for an inspection prior to buying. very informative and easy to deal with

So often when you are selling a property agents will give you an unrealistic property value, this is so they can secure the listing but within a month they are asking you to drop your price. What we like about Larisa Tomuli is she is straight up about what she can get you for your property and she delivers. Also she seems to be right up with what is happening in the market place and how to market your property without wasting money on advertising in the wrong areas.
