While confirming my purchase he was supportive with information and advice, without ever being intrusive; and from when we initiated the sale of my property, he wasn't just on top of the process - I felt he was out in front of it - anticipating and answering any questions and providing assistance and guidance. In the final negotiations, while I felt I got an excellent outcome, he was fair, I believe, to both me and the purchaser and I felt that it was a win win situation - I hope the purchaser did too!
