Lauchlan Waterfield made the sale of my late brothers property a very stress free process taking a lot of weight off my shoulders. Lauchlan has been extremely efficient and knowledgeable throughout this process keeping me regularly informed about what has been occurring and what was required of me at each stage of the process.
From a initial brief Lauchlan and his team pulled together a smooth, stress free campaign that resulted in a sale that was beyond expectation. Only consider Lauchlan if you want to deal with the best in the market.
We were involved in the sale of two properties led by Lauchlan - one at auction (we lost) and one as a private sale (we got it!). In both circumstances, beyond efficiency and availability, Lauchlan demonstrated a rare skill level of being able to, whilst unconditionally acting in favor of the vendor(s) and creating the appropriate level of 'competition', establish an excellent rapport with potential buyers and work towards outcomes that were, ultimately, satisfactory to both parties.
I worked with Lauchlan and his team for a few months until the lead up to the sale of my apartment. I initially picked Lauchlan simply because of his attention to detail, his professionalism and his outstanding results in the area. He was always in contact with me following any open for inspection and kept me up to date regularly with the advertising campaign results, prospective buyers and provided regular emails regarding the property. Lauchlan and his team were always contactable if I had any issues. I would highly recommend Lauchlan and his team to anyone who wants commitment and success in their sales campaign. He was simply fantastic and his team at Hocking Stuart were awesome.
Lauchlan and his team did a great job. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and also a highly skilled auctioneer, achieving more than my above price expectation. This coupled with his genuine and warm approach, I highly recommend him would use his services again.
Seamless experience from beginning to end. Lachlan and team were always available and worked diligently towards a positive result. I made the right choice.
I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism from Lauchlan and the team at Hocking Stuart from the beginning. He made me feel comfortable about everything and the process with the team was seamless, particularly organizing the marketing etc. Lauchlan was great with communication and would always send emails or give me calls with updates which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend given his professionalism, ability to build rapport and great communication!
As the purchaser I had no expectation that the vendor’s agent would be as courteous and attentive as Lauchlan. He drove a hard bargain but was a pleasure to deal with.
The property that I purchased was the first auction that I bid at, and I appreciated the very clear and patient manner with which both Lauchlan and Alex explained the process. I felt very comfortable and never pressured throughout the negotiations. I would recommend both Lauchlan and Alex to anyone who was looking for agents with great knowledge of the area and who wants each step clearly explained.
We met Lauchlan at our first viewing of the property, which we subsequently purchased, and found him to be very approachable, friendly and professional. Traits that continued all through our dealings with him including weekend follow up phone calls and emails. He assisted us through the process of buying in Melbourne and we would certainly recommend him and Hocking Stuart in general.
couldn’t fault lauchlan & the team a pleasure to deal with
