Mark Sorial.

Polite, courteous, and professional.

I’ve sold 3 properties through Mark and Ahmed. They were very professional and understanding of the vendor’s needs and will hustle to meet the maximum outcome.

Working with Mark was an outstanding experience. Throughout the entire selling process, their exceptional market knowledge, crystal-clear transparency, and prompt communication kept us fully informed and confident. Their professionalism and sharp negotiation skills secured the best possible outcome for us, making a complex transaction seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a top-tier real estate professional.

Mark was honest in setting expectations, very helpful in determining an effective marketing strategy, able to interpret the market events to help us, and delivered an outstanding result for our home sale. It was a seamless experience and best result possible.

kept me informed and negotiated very well i was very satisfied with their service

Mark, Ahmed and his team at urban real estate went above and beyond in assisting us with the sale of our first house. Despite selling as the RBA increases occurred and negative gearing coming into effect, mark and Ahmed was able to assist in the successful sale of our property and answered all relevant questions. Due to the changes in the market, the team maintained on going communications with us, was able to manage and negotiate a price that we were happy with, despite difficulties with the market. I would highly recommend using Urban real estate and cannot speak highly enough of the team.
