I first made contact with Mike as I was curious to see how much my house was worth. I wasn't really considering putting it up for sale. After living in Banksia Grove for a year I had frequently had leaflets from Mike and I had seen his signs around. I contacted Mike via the Remax website and he phoned back the next day. I also contacted one of the other prevalent real estate companies you see around Banksia grove but they took 10 days to get in touch. Mike arranged a time to come and visit me which was in the evening so I knew that he must have been eating into his own free time. Never the less when he arrived I did not feel that he was in a rush or just there to pay lip service. He came well prepared with a booklet showing recent sales in the area as well as selling statistics, not just Remax sales but the whole suburb. Mike told me he would expect to market my home for between $360-$370. This was above what I was hoping for. Mike left without doing the hard sell, just an offer to contact him should I have any questions or decide to go ahead with a sale. After a few weeks I decided to give it a go and see if Mike could get that kind of money for my house. I also chose him as I wanted someone who I knew would answer his phone, reply to emails and work into the evening to get a sale. Very promptly Mike organised the paperwork, photographer and even sent around an interior designer to give us tips to show the house off at its very best. When I saw the ad I was very impressed, the photos looked great. My house sold in 7 days for $360,000. We had it listed for offers between $340-365000. I was very happy with the service Mike provided and he was true to his word. I have no problem in recommending him to others.
