My husband and I recently bought our first home through Patrick from Ray White. From the moment we first met him he has always been helpful, easy to contact, honest, and very very professional. Prior to purchasing his property, I had viewed at least 30 houses in the hunt of our dream family home, so you could say that I had done my research and had gotten quite familiar with the market. As an inexperienced vendor I gained first hand knowledge of the local real estate persons by visiting homes that were open for inspection. This gave me a selection of the agents in the area and an impression of how they worked. I chose Patrick because he showed me that he had excellent knowledge of the market, that he was totally honest, took care of the home that he was showing and had respect and personal pride in what he was doing. I do not mark anyone 100% as there is always the possibility of improving. Patrick works enthusiastically on the chance to improve, and I would positively recommend Patrick as an excellent choice for sale of your property.

Patrick was very enthusiastic and forthcoming with his communications with us - frequently providing us with updates and also keeping us in the loop of where things were. 2 rounds of buyers pulled out after signing the Offer (due to various reasons), and Patrick managed to secure a 3rd buyer, successfully convincing them to purchase the property at a price the seller's were happy with.
