The sale was really good Patrick got me a really good price for my house. I was really pleased with the photos of the house for the add and the presentation of the sign. Patrick is easy going and a nice bloke he gave me little design tips for the presentation of the house to help make a quick sale and since I don't drink champagne he got me a bottle of bourbon. Patrick had kept in touch on a semi regular basis prior to our decision to sell - always providing some great market insight. When the time came to sell, we decided to list with a friend of ours. When next speaking with Patrick he commended our loyalty to our friend and stated that his door was always open if we had any questions. Sadly our friend moved agencies, and our sale suffered. We later reconnected with Patrick and managed to secure a fantastic price in a market that didn't favour Townhouses. My husband and I recently bought our first home through Patrick from Ray White. From the moment we first met him he has always been helpful, easy to contact, honest, and very very professional. Prior to purchasing his property, I had viewed at least 30 houses in the hunt of our dream family home, so you could say that I had done my research and had gotten quite familiar with the market. I had dealt with a fair share of agents who were very unprofessional and sleazy, which in my opinion is not someone you want to be trusting to buy a home through. I believe it was fate which brought us to land at the doorstep of Patrick's open home. We hadn't even planned to view this home, we were actually trying to waste time until another open home around the area. He had signs up from the main road to the entrance of the area which advertised this open home. At the door we were greeted with a friendly agent with a big smile and an 'easy-to-talk-to' personality who was dressed professionally and seemed to be happy to see us, unlike some other agents whom I have come across. He even had a bucket of iced cold bottled waters sitting on the table. Not only did the house sell itself to us, but we felt comfortable and at ease knowing we would be dealing with the perfect agent. We bought this house at auction, and won it on the day and it all still feels like a dream. To cut a long story short, if it weren't for Patrick, we would not be in our PERFECT FAMILY HOME right now. As an inexperienced vendor I gained first hand knowledge of the local real estate persons by visiting homes that were open for inspection. This gave me a selection of the agents in the area and an impression of how they worked. I chose Patrick because he showed me that he had excellent knowledge of the market, that he was totally honest, took care of the home that he was showing and had respect and personal pride in what he was doing. I do not mark anyone 100% as there is always the possibility of improving. Patrick works enthusiastically on the chance to improve, and I would positively recommend Patrick as an excellent choice for sale of your property.
Patrick was very enthusiastic and forthcoming with his communications with us - frequently providing us with updates and also keeping us in the loop of where things were. 2 rounds of buyers pulled out after signing the Offer (due to various reasons), and Patrick managed to secure a 3rd buyer, successfully convincing them to purchase the property at a price the seller's were happy with. He also provided suggestions on how we could improve our sales opportunities. I would certainly recommend him.
