Paul and Hayley came to me on a recommendation from another agent. I am all for the belief that we create our own good luck but this was an example of it finding me. As professionals in their industry Paul and Hayley are unsurpassed. Their work ethic, dedication and tenacity are unquestionable and they restore faith in the concept of agency at any level. They achieved an outstanding result for us and were a pleasure to deal with along the way, making what is usually a stressful process a lot of fun. Could not thank them enough and look forward to using them again.

Paul was very helpful and went over what was required with fixing items around the house. He was prompt with returning calls and I found him great to deal with.

This is the 2nd property Paul has sold for us and each time has achieved or exceed the asking price and sold within 2 weeks. Takes the time to go through all details and achieves the best result for buyer and seller. Would use Paul again.

The best in perth! I wouldn't use anyone else. Professional and efficient with a great knowledge of the market. He certainly goes above and beyond every time I use him.

Paul - was great during the offer process. He represented his Vendor well whilst at the same time acknowledging the market at play. Great flexibility also in regard to access to view property prior to settlement.

Paul was very professional, polite and extremely knowledgable regarding the property I purchased. Paul was available at short notice for any questions and queries I had and went above and beyond in helping me purchase the property . Paul worked very hard to make sure the settlement period and move went as smooth as it could. Many thanks Paul. I would highly recommend Paul and his team to any seller or buyer currently in the market.

It is my view that in the current 'tough' Perth real estate market it is essential to use the services of a 'local area experienced' professional sales agent who provides one with: the necessary industry knowledge; an energetic and proactive attitude; and a flexible approach to meet, and accommodate, the demands of the changes in this market. The recent successful sale of my East Perth property resulted from Paul DiLanzo's (Altitude Real Estate) ability to meet these requirements and to negotiate an appropriate outcome.

Paul showed exceptional service at all times. Very open and honest appraisal, clear and regular communication, a clear will to keep all parties moving forward and any snag-list issues dealt with through personal efforts and determination And a very good bloke too A very pleasurable experience, recommend Paul at the highest level, would use him again and again Mark

Paul and Hayley were very approachable, polite and caring throughout the house-buying process. All details were attended to with diligence and care. I strongly recommend their services and would be glad to deal with Paul DiLanzo and Hayley Pickering in the future.

Paul and Hayley has helped us secure our new home in a very timely manner. They have been quick to respond to all our queries, even after settlement. They have made themselves available and approachable. Great people to work with.

I was totally satisfied with the service I received from Paul, but especially from Hayley as I dealt with her on a more regular basis. Nothing was too much trouble for her before and after settlement was done!! She even offered me some advice about my rental property. Highly recommend their service and professionalism.

I can highly recommend Paul to anyone with a property to sell. Dealing with such a professional and efficient individual is a rare occurrence. I could call and speak with Paul and Hayley and they were always obliging, friendly and extremely helpful with all aspects of the process. Thanks Paul and Hayley, it was a fantastic experience.
