Rachel was 100% professional throughout the entire sale process, Rachel achieved a sale of our investment property in Palm Cove whilst still tenanted, her communication skills were clearly successful in achieving a positive result under the circumstances. Happy to recommend Rachel, we felt completely comfortable with our property being in her hand so to speak throughout the entire sales process.
Rachel had a solid understanding of the market and was able to advise us on positioning the property competitively for a quick sale. Rachel took the time to understand our needs and explained to us the various options for sale. She kept us informed every step of the way. She is very open and transparent, which gained our trust. Rachel sold our townhouse within four days of it being on the market!
It is without hesitation the I would recommend Rachel as a professional real estate sales person. Her communication skills, diligence, attention to detail and current market knowledge was a combination that saw our home sell in 9 days for the price we were asking. Rachel is a hard working toiler and would be an asset to any potential client.
Rachel made my husband and I feel comfortable at every stage of buying the house, and nothing was too much trouble. We must mention Nicole, Rachel's assistant, who also was amazing, again nothing was too much trouble. These two ladies are an incredible team who are an asset to any company.
Due to the speed of the offer ,there had not been time to have much of a rappor with Rachel. But we are sure that any time spent with Rachel would be worth while due to her knowlege, and pleasant personality as a Real Estate Agent.
Rachel went over and above the call of duty to make sure that our purchase proceeded smoothly. I can't recommend her enough. She is easy to deal with, unflappable and always cheery. A real star!
Rachel has been very helpful and supportive from day one in the search for the house of our choice. She communicated with us in a pleasant manner, keen to understand our needs and to contribute to our thinking in regard to 27 Poolwood St Kewarra. She made herself available timewise well beyond that of other agents with whom I have had to work in the past. She was helpful during the auctioning process and continued with help and advice regarding the house and porential /renevators well beyond conclusion of the auction. She continues to inform us of progress issues prior to settlement.
As a buyer you are always wary of real estate agents leading you down the garden path and being super pushy. Rachel was not anything like this. She was calm and open in how she approached us, not pushy at all as we knew what we were looking for, and when it came down to a multiple offer situation she was as open as she could be with us and in the end we got our dream house. If we ever had to sell I would seriously consider using Rachel as our agent.
Rachel was fantastic, she did an outstanding job and we would have no problem in recommending her as an experienced, efficient & very professional sales agent.
Rachel is a true professional. Throughout the sale process of our home she kept us fully informed. Rachel was always punctual, dedicated, well informed and beyond all charming. We have no hesitation in recommending Rachel to others who wish to sell or purchase a property.
We had our property on the market with another agent for 6 months, Rachel sold it within a month getting us the price we wanted. I would recommend Rachel and Ray White very professional service they provide
