Prior to selling our property Rachel was recommended as an honest and trustworthy agent, we contacted her and Rachel then gave us very good advice and guidance even before listing the property for sale, her extensive contacts allowed us to prepare and present our property for the market and her legal and financial connections helped us to move into our new house before putting the property up for sale, we are 100% happy with the help, advice and service Rachel, Nicole, and her team has provided for us and we would give the highest possible recommendation.

Rachel was a very professional passionate agent who went beyond her line of duty as a real estate agent to sell the property. To be fair I did not get what was expected for the sale but I understand the market dictates the price and with that in mind I believe in reality the price we got for the property was the best we could get in todays climate. I would recommend Rachel as she has ethics and values and has the owners and buyer both in mind when selling a property.
