No attempt was made by Ray to "gild the Lily" of our property (in salesman parlence) so that we knew exactly where we stood in approximating the possible value of our property. At the beginning of the consulting stage with Ray, there were Media reports of Estate Agents under estimating property values in order to gain more attention for the sale. The reports were very negative of EA sales pitch. Having researched the possible value of our property in advance we knew what we were likely to get for the sale.
