We needed to sell our house FAST except we had TWO huge issues: the house was not exactly desirable in such a saturated buyers market and that meant the market value of the house was pretty lousy. I remember seeing Rob's ads and posts over facebook which seemed to show not only did he go above and beyond to help his clients he sold houses remarkably fast compared to the townsville average. I decided to give him a shot and I am so glad I did. Him and his colleague Sean worked super hard, sometimes late in the night to secure us a contract on the house. I was honestly lost for words when they revealed to me the price the buyer had put on their contract. I wasn't even sure we'd be able to sell the house let alone as quickly as we did. Not only were they great agents, Rob went above and beyond his agent duties throughout the process. My husband was overseas and I had some unfortunate happenings. Rob checked in on me numerous times to make sure I was doing ok and took care of some things he didnt need to in order to not overload me at the time. He genuinely cares about his clients and doesnt just see walking dollarsigns when he talks to you. I 100% recommend Rob as an agent to everybody selling property in the townsville region. Heck, I even tell people who arent selling how happy I was with the service Rob provided us. If we ever need to sell property again in the region my husband and I will without a doubt use Rob again.
