After our beautiful Mum died, the legacy of her life, and Dad's hard work before, was our family home. It was hard to pack it up, deal with the memories. Then one Monday evening, Rob rang and said he had a signed Unconditional contract with a ten per cent deposit cheque for an amount that exceeded our wildest dreams, in front of him. An hour later, another call. No - nothing was wrong, Rob actually had another Unconditional Contract with an even larger ten per cent cheque!! Since then, Rob and Philip Webb have sold a small house we had as a rental in a distant suburb. We didn't even have to visit. . We've recommended a few friends with City Apartments - all are very happy. The conclusion => obvious => our commitment to Rob Groeneveld and Philip Webb is now life-long.
