We are very happy with the recent sale of our apartment in Scarborough. Scott has many years of experience, he knows the suburb well and market which helped us in our advertising campaign, leading this into a quick sale. Scott achieved what we believed was a fair price to both parties. We have used Scott before, and we would definitely use his services again in the future. Highly Recommended. Christine & David Jones

Scott went above and beyond to ensure that we purchased our dream house. He was always very professional and personable and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Thanks to Scot the buying we experience we had in purchasing our new home was absolutely awesome. It was amicable, stress free and totally positive because he went above and beyond to assist the seller and the buyer. I would certain recommend Scot to any potential home seller in the City Beach area.

After six months with another agent without an offer Scott took over and created competitive tension which generated a number of offers and finally a sale after three weeks.

Thanks Scotty. You worked tirelessly for many months to achieve a sale for our home. Your continued optimism & unwaivering enthusiasm was welcome in a difficult market. Always positive & a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks

Good service

Scott, and his PA Stacey Mann (whilst Scott was on vacation) acted very professionally, and acted in the interests of their seller at all times. As the buyer, we always were able to reach amicable solutions.

Scott was very easy to deal with

We chose Scott as he sold us the home originally and we were happy with the service provided at that time. When it was time for us to sell we felt that Scott's knowledge of our home and his extensive knowledge of City Beach made it a no brainer. Whilst we were a bit disappointed in the price that we obtained for our home, we would have no hesitation in dealing with Scott again in the future.

Pleasant manner, professional approach - no hesitation in dealing with Scott again Distant relative - cousin of son-in-law

Scott is very personable and adopts an intelligent approach to selling properties. Space's use of the internet and IT to analyse the market is both objective and informative.
