A very professional and persistent agent who worked very hard on behalf of both vendor and purchaser. Highly recommended

Couldn't speak highly enough of Serena, she was professional, knowledgeable, had a clear focus from the start and kept us in the loop about each step of the way. Very approachable and we had confidence in her right from the start.

Serena was a pleasure to do business with, open and friendly She kept us updated during the whole process.

serena from key2coast was outstanding, she went out of her way to help me as much as she could with problems I was having, and answered all the questions I had even if she had to go out of her way to find the answer out for me. I recommend dealing with serena, and if she is still in the industry when and if the time comes I wish to sell I will defiantly use her services

Serena recently sold my property in Nambucca Heads. Serena is a great communicator and made the process from finding a buyer, to settlement, smooth as silk. I recommend Serena to anyone who like dealing with pleasant and organised professionals.

Serena Sutch showed outstanding integrity, knowledge and warmth in all our interactions during the purchase of our new home. She communicated with us in a clear and friendly manner and kept us informed of all developments as they occurred. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and looked after us with incredible patience under some challenging circumstances. Her calm, professional and friendly presence ensured that the experience for us was a positive one. I highly recommend Serena without reservation.

Serena was friendly, professional and enthusiastic right from the start. She possessed a detailed knowledge of the selling points specific to our home, as well as extensive knowledge of the market on the mid-north coast. She kept us continually updated with the sales process through both regular phonecalls to us and a weekly 'Sales Activity' Report specific to our property. She also took the time to walk us through the sales process, we found her advice and guidance invaluable. In our opinion Serena has set the bar high for what we will expect from any agent we deal with in the future. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Serena to anyone looking to buy or sell a home on the mid-north coast. Andrew and Karen Deen
