I have sold numerous properties with agents but never encountered one like Sheridan with such a strong work rate and commitment to the whole sale process. His communication throughout was second to none and was great to deal with from begining to end I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.
I have sold two of my houses through Sheridan and have been very pleased with not only the results but the hardworking and professionalism Sheridan displayed. I have no hesitation in recommending Sheridan if you're thinking of selling. Thansk again and well done Sheridan !
I have found Sheridan to be very professional and courteous throughout the selling process
I found Sheridan to be courteous and informative. He knows the local area well and seems aware of market forces relevant to the local area. I marked Sheridan in the negotiation field a three only because it ended up being irrelevant to the eventual sale of the property. At no stage during my dealings with Sheridan did I think that he did not have my best interests at hand. I found him honest, approachable and hard working and would certainly recommend his services to others.
Sheridan was honest and easy to deal with from the first inspection. Straight talker. Made all info available and kept process clean and efficient. Post sale service has been exceptional. Highly recommend him to buyer or seller. He gave us confidence to proceed quickly on the purchase. Thanks Sheridan!
Sheridan kept me informed of the results of every open inspection with detailed reports. He regularly followed up on all potential buyers. The result was a good auction result
The service I received from Sheridan and his colleague Jacklyn, was above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent. Throughout the sales process they kept me in the loop all the way and were proactive and helpful on any queries I had. On finalising the deal, the great service continued with regular updates, prompt service and ongoing offers of support and assistance. It's clear to me that there's a great deal of genuine care, and compassion for the client not only the sellers but for the buyers too, which is such a rare quality in the sales industry and really sets them apart. Great job Sheridan and Jack, I'll be recommending you for sure :)
I have found Sheridan management and handling of the sale of my property to be very efiicient, always available to communicate and gave me good advice.
