She suggested and sourced tradesmen to make huge improvements to the appearance of the unit at a reasonable price (her motto "Only spend money if it is going to make you money" was music to our ears!) and, along with her wonderful PA Nicole oversaw and co-ordinated the tradesmen. Susan was very clear and professional from the outset. She has a great market knowledge and her communication is excellent. We felt that she was easy to contact and quick to respond at all times and that each aspect of the selling process was transparent and honest. Best of all Susan sold the villa in less than a week for the amount that she had predicted. I would certainly recommend Susan to anyone selling in the Western Suburbs.
