Five stars all round for Tim Bradler from Hocking Stuart Blairgowrie, from a purchaser's perspective i must say that it was a pleasure to deal with Tim in all facets of negotiating and finding our beautiful home in Rye . Tim has a wealth of knowledge for the property market in the Mornington Peninsula , not only was Tim pleasant and courteous to deal with he's definitely a professional in his field and always kept us front of mind in listening to our needs for the property we had in mind . I highly recommend Tim Bradler and his team at Hocking Stuart Blairgowrie.

Thank you Hocking Stuart for the wonderful job you did in selling our holiday house in Rye, Tim Bradler did an outstanding job, he set everything up exactly as required, he did not over sell things like advertising, signs etc. He kept us informed on every step along the way to the sale. Proof of how well he did was shown by the number of people who attended the auction. The auctioneer Ken Chappell also did a wonderful job in obtaining a sale price which was beyond our expectation. A great team effort, well done everyone.

Excellent people skills to assist with some unusual buyers ✅👌🏻

Only honest real estate agent

Always ahead of the market

Mornington peninsulas best agent!

Tim was very helpful and professional in discussions and negotiations around my purchase of property both at inspections and on auction day. I also encountered Tim and inspections of other properties in the area prior to this purchase and I would recommend him to vendors in the local area as he has good knowledge of the local market.

We were very impressed not only by Tim's abundant local knowledge but also his clear and concise communication skills. His negotiating abilities were honest, fair and achieved an outstanding result. He kept in constant contact with us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tim to our friends and family.

Great understanding of local market and willing to choose between properties when giving advice. Pragmatic advice on the auction process and how best to succeed. Was always helpful in the post sale service, met my requests for help quickly on a few occasions without any thought or need for reward. Would only use Tim and Hocking Stuart for my property needs going forward.

We used Tim to sell our property in Rye. From meeting Tim the first time for the valuation right through to the marketing campaign and selling of our property we found Tim to be honest, reliable, and a great communicator. We received the result we wanted for our property and would not hesitate on using Tim again.

We first met Tim when we're looking to buy a.new home. He was very easy to work with and nothing was ever a problem while we were negotiating with a builder to work out details. When it came time to sell our present home we spoke to several other agents but decided to stay with Tim who recommended we sell by auction. However we made it clear that we were prepared to sell prior if the price was right. He negotiated with several interested buyers, kept us up to date with their offers and settled the deal for a price that exceeded our expectations. Tom has been a pleasure to work with and has our high recommendation.

Tim Bradler is an agent you don't come across everyday. His carm but professional nature immediately makes the selling process much easier and less stressful. From the beginning Tim gave us a very realistic opinion on the market and prices. Never overstated the price to win the job and was on the money with his estimate. He kept us informed thru out the process and a was very approachable and always on time. As an auctioneer he was a gem. He managed to get every dollar possible from the purchasers with a hint of swagger. All parties happy at the end. We will always do business with Tim and always be happy to refer him to everyone. Thanks heaps Tim.
