Tim was great all the way through the process of selling my first house. It was daunting to start with because it seemed like such a huge task, but tim took us through step by step and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our rather modest beach house. He had all the contacts we needed to make the house look great and he got the interested parties through during open days. On the sale day we took all his good advice and left it in his very capable hands. He stood out there and did a great job, we got a great price and everyone was very happy.
