Dear Tim. I thank you & your staff for the excellent marketing campaign you presented during the recent sale of my property .The result was very satisfactory and the excellent display of all the benefits of position so close to beaches , town centre and view points was 1st class as well as the prime construction points of the building being pointed out. I would have no hesitation in recommending your companies services to any person with a real estate in a similar situation to myself. Ron Roy

Happy to rate Tim five stars on all points as his market knowledge, communication, credibility and negotiation skills lead to a successful sale.

Tim Bradler was brilliant to say the least. Extremely professional - an example - all other agents I contacted regarding the sale of my property had something disparaging to say about the others. Not Tim, he remained professional at every point. I have sold properties previously but none had to face the difficult situation we had just days before the auction. Every communication was handled with expertise and full knowledge of the situation. I would go out of my way to recommend Tim and his Blairgowrie office.

Thanks Tim for your professional advice, negotiation skills, honesty and your integrity, you make it so seamless for us and take the worry away from the stress of selling, it was a delightful experience and commend you for the excellent result exceeding our expectations, regards Rob and Vinnie

Tim and his team are very professional and we would highly recommend them.

I engaged Tim and his team to sell my house in Rye. After assessing the competition it was an easy decision to appoint Hocking Stuart Blairgowrie. Tim was always accessible, had great local knowledge about what the market was doing, and provided good advice on the finishing touches that I did to the home, which really paid off. The marketing campaign was well targeted, and on the day we achieved a solid margin over our expectations.

I have been involved with Tim during two property purchases/sales. He is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. I recommend him most highly.

Our agent Tim, managed the smooth running and sale of our house. Right from the appraisal he was very considerate of our challenges, needs and wants. Tim's manner was warm but professional allowing us space to make our own decisions. He guided and advised us through this enormous, at times overwhelming auction process. We always tried to listen to his professional advice as he came highly recommend to us and we felt that from the onset we had a good working relationship. Tim's plans didn't always seem to be in the same direction as our thinking but he discussed and explained his reasoning which we respected. A good example was setting the auction reserve where we had a family discussion and accepted his strategic approach. I sincerely thank him for that. We were very pleased with the result on the day and very grateful for all his hard work.

We asked Tim to position and represent our property on the market after having managed our property for over a decade. It was a easy decision considering the professional manner in which our property was managed and the fantastic support we received from Tim and his entire office. Tough decision to sell our property in an area we fell in love with but the manner in which Tim provided us with insights, advice, guidance was truly memorable. The care offered and provided with each passing week as we moved closer to auction put us at ease as well as filled us with confidence how the day was going to be managed. Communication was such a strong point throughout. The end result was simply terrific and we believe this would not have been possible if it wasn't for Tim's experience around every aspect of the sale. We cannot commend Tim and his team enough. Something we'll never forget.

Selling our property with Tim Bradler of Hockingstuart Blairgowrie was a great decision. Tim is very professional, knowledgeable and available to take calls and assist with any queries. Tim worked hard to spread the word about our property and had both the skill and strategy in mind to ensure he was able to reach the price we were after to sell our home.

Hocking Stuart recently handled the sale of our property in Blairgowrie and we were exceptionally happy with the service that was provided by Tim and his team. Under somewhat difficult circumstances, Tim expertly negotiated between two parties seemly managing to keep both potential buyers engaged and thus obtaining a result that exceeded our expectations. In addition, and very importantly, Tim continued to offer a high level of service after the sale to ensure that all issues were dealt with enabling settlement to go through smoothly. Without hesitation I would happily recommend Tim to family and friends.

Tim sold my beach house in what were some pretty challenging personal circumstances for me as the vendor. He was very practical and tactful in dealing with all matters relating to the sale. He comes across as very genuine and open in his approach to buyers and sellers alike, is transparent in his dealings with all parties and makes a real effort to get a good outcome for all concerned. He was also very helpful in dealing with after sale practicalities up to and including the date of completion. The best agent I have come across on the peninsula.
