I approached Tim after I analysized market results for Surrey Hills 2018. A property he sold got the highest price even though I did not think that particular property was worth that amount. At the time I told him that numbers don't lie. And he reminded me of my quote on the day of our auction. As to date we acheived the highest price for residential for 2017.
