Whilst we weren't prepared to purchase the property on the day of the auction everything happened really quickly within the space of a few hours. Really appreciate Tim's time and effort to meet us (afterhours) on the Saturday, have the owners sign off on the contract and also have the contracts dropped off where we were having dinner at a restaurant. We're really impressed with his dedication to close off the deal and deliver it first hand to us (the new owner).
