I found Tim a very personable, likeable and honest young man, who has done extremely well in the Real Estate business over the years. His reputation is incredible, and we were happy to engage him to sell our unit in Balwyn/Surrey Hills. I was a little disappointed in the final price of $660,000 however, as the fixed price was $675,000 and we sold it straight after the auction for less than the fixed price. Upon looking at prices of similar units i.e. without air-conditioning, or central heating, non-updated kitchen, laundry and bathroom, I realised that the price of my mother's unit certainly did hinge on the lack of these modern additions as some units have which are sold into the $700,000's and even $800,000's. However, I was aware of the aspects that make a larger price on sale in the end. I wish to thank Tim and his team for their dedication, enduring patience, excellent communication, and planning. Perhaps the month on the market wasn't long enough? Anyway, I am a satisfied customer, as I understand that selling a property with a group of people, rather than individually.
