From the outset we were looking for someone we could trust, and Tim was that man ! He and his team kept us informed - we knew that they were acting for US. Tim is thoroughly professional, is a man of integrity and we were able to work comfortably with him throughout. We achieved an excellent result.

There was a reason why I chose Tim over other agents I've used in the past - his drive, impressive track record, open communication with nothing sugar coated, proactiveness and his ability to garner genuine interest for the property leading to a surprisingly calm auction day. He also has a fantastic team behind him to tie everything together so you're never out of the loop.

Rick Volpi. Rick kept me up to date with results of open house, number of interested parties and feedback on comments made at all times which I could then communicate to Sesame. I would like to thank Tim, Jason and the whole team for their professional service throughout the whole campaign. Very friendly, very professional and the result speaks for itself. The complimentary extras provided by Fletchers shows how they greatly value their clients. I would highly recommend Fletchers to others thinking of moving house.

Very professional and easy to deal with. Tim helped to negotiate a price in the range we were wanting. Thank you

Tim and Brooke Warwick are an awesome team and did a great job for us; - extremely professional and hardworking

Very impressed with the professional approach to his work, eventually achieving a negotiated settlement that would not have been easy. Experience, knowledge and determination to close a deal to the satisfaction of both parties were essential skills Tim brought to bear. We would be happy to use him again if ever in the market again.

We have no hesitation in recommending Tim Heavyside to anyone looking for an agent that is not only willing and able to deliver a top result but at the same time be a model professional in every aspect regarding the process of selling your property. We have known Tim and regarded his advice over a number of years and at no time has he provided anything but incredible knowledge and advice. The manner in which Tim selects and manages his team who feed off his drive and leadership can only be described as amazing, every person we have dealt with in the team are honest, hard working and display great presence and integrity. The result that was delivered in our campaign from the opening discussion to the fantastic drive showed by Tim whilst the auction took place was just sensational and again we would strongly recommend Tim Heavyside.

This is the second home I have sold through Tim Heavyside. His market knowledge and care supported me greatly through the process. His team have been supportive and proficient in allowing a seamless marketing campaign and result! I would utilize Tim again in the future.

Selling our house through Tim and Team at Fletchers was an amazing experience. We received daily information and approval of artwork requests for our campaign. The whole process was professional and well run. Even the negotiation phase was well handled by Tim Heavyside. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We used Nigel and tim to sell our camberwell home and tim was there in our initial negotiation but was upfront that Nigel would lead the campaign and tim would be our auctioneer. We ended up with taking an offer before auction so didn't sell our house via auction however in our research we had seen tim and he was very profesional, knowledgable and exciting to watch. We would definitely look to use him in the future!

We recently engaged Tim and his team to sell our property. We found that the service, advice and attention to detail provided by Tim and his team to be of an excellent standard. Tim and his team assisted us in achieving a great result. We would not hesitate to refer others to Tim.
