Tim demonstrated a very thorough understanding of the local market and was personally involved in fine tuning the marketing plans for our property. Tim's great skill is as an auctioneer. He has of course been formally recognised as Auctioneer of The Year before. We attended many auctions to watch Tim in action before finally deciding to appoint Fletchers.
We have had an excellent result with Tim Heavyside. The whole process pre auction went very smoothly with his team. He was recommended to us by a friend, who also had a very successful outcome.
Our campaign with Tim and his team exceeded our expectations and we were wrapped with our end result. Tim and his team are extremely professional and we were always well advised and guided through the whole process.
We chose Tim Heavyside and the Fletcher's team to sell our property in Surrey Hills, having watched Tim in action for several years. Tim and his team were fantastic to deal with from the initial meeting through to the sale. Tim is a clear communicator, highly professional, patient, and flexible and transparent in his dealings. We were also delighted in the sale he achieved at auction, and are grateful to Tim and his team for their hard work!
I can't speak highly enough of Tim Heavyside and his team at Fletchers. I have seldom met such professionalism with such caring and personal service. They helped make what is a highly stressful time flow with ease. Tim's amazing auction skills put the icing on the cake so to speak by getting way above the price I was expecting. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim and his team at Fletchers I have no hesitation in recommending Tim and his wonderful team to far exceed all expectations
great communication, everything organised quickly and efficiently, good marketing & solid result
The record of achievement and awards gained by Tim and his team at Fletchers was further enhanced by the outstanding result achieved by them at the sale of our property at 38 Bentley Street, Surrey Hills. Tim's knowledge of the market, auction strategy and his analytical assessment of the auction audience were the key criteria in getting the result achieved. Assisted by a great team of support staff from team "Heavyside" he worked incredibly hard on our behalf to achieve the maximum result possible. Throughout the whole campaign, we received overwhelming encouragement, friendship and professional guidance and support from Tim and his team which made it a lot easier to cope with such an emotional and stressful experience as selling our lovely home of 6 years. If we have to endure that experience again, we will only be going to one agency and that will be Tim and the team at Fletchers.
We had been to a number of auctions in our area and Tim's skills and the way he conducted an auction stood out from others agents we had seen. Tim and his team were very thorough in every aspect both pre and post auction. We always received a phone call straight after each open to advise how things were going. Selling is a stressful time but they made it as easy as possible for us. You can be confident Tim will do everything possible to achieve the best result, which is proven by not only our result, but the many awards and achievements he has received over the years. Thank you for the efforts you and your team put in.
