We chose Tom from a shortlist of three not knowing really what to expect as our knowledge of the market was basic, but we went -as they say - with our instinct. Tom made us feel comfortable from day 1 and always kept us informed of developments with the market changes. Nothing was too hard for him and when we needed reassurance on an issue he would always help. The weekly report was incredibly detailed to a degree not seen by us with previous agents, albeit with our limited experiences.
